I-1 World Muaythai Grand SLAM 2009 will be held in Hong Kong International Trade & Exhibition Centre (Star Hall) on 22 October 2009..
Once again, two world-class 4-man tourneys will be held in one event. They are:

Dmitry Valent (a.k.a. “Black Valet”) from Belarus, 3-time world champion of WKN and defending I-1 World Grand SLAM Champion..
Vuyisile Colossa (a.k.a. “Cheetah”) from South Africa, 2-time South African Muaythai Champion and African Kickboxing Champion.
Abdoul Toure (a.k.a. “Olay”) from France, FBTMTDA French Champion and ISKA European Champion.
Pavlos Kaponis from Greece, 2-time Greek Muaythai Champion and 2-time Greek Boxing Champion.

Super Fights
Yodkumarn Muaythai Plaza (a.k.a. “Flying Dragon”) from Thailand, 3 times Northern Thailand Champion will take challenge from Rafal Simonides of Poland, current Champion of Poland and WMC European Champion.
Hong Kong’s Muaythai Superstar Bryan To Hang-Lam (a.k.a. “Stormy Kid”) will go face-off with Kim Hun-Jae of South Korea, current GMSTA Champion.
Another Hong Kong’s Muaythai Superstar Man-Kit Wong (a.k.a. “Monkey”) will go head-to-head with Olivier Rediger (a.k.a. “Soul Survivor”) of Belgium, Champion of Patong Stadium.
“Masters of Champions” Super Fight features two Muaythai legends of Hong Kong, Andy Wong Ping-Ki (a.k.a. “Lionhearted”) and Lee Yiu-Tung (a.k.a. “Sifu Tung”) will determine who the toughest master is!
